fp-units-i386-3.0.0 software package provides Free Pascal - Kylix compatibility units, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fp-units-i386-3.0.0
fp-units-i386-3.0.0 is installed in your system.
